Cons:
All the ways to mount these are subpar, The stand they can lean against is flimsy and doesn't lock into place well. The hanging hook is small and attached to the same plastic stand previously mentioned. The magnet mounting consists of two small magnets that would not keep the light up without sliding down the two metal surfaces I attached it to.
Overall the light is functional and decent. Althogh the stand could be better it can be made to work.
The brightness is very good, as are the different brightness and flashing abilities. One drawback is that there appears to be no way to turn off the light without going through all the brightness levels. You can also dim the brightness by holding down the power button once in the right mode, which is a useful extra level of configuration.
USB charging (input) is via USB-C. Output is provided via USB-A... which is ok. Perhaps having USB-C out what be better
The idea of magnets to stick to a steel surface is great, but the magnets are not stong enough to actually do this. The unit is too heavy for the magnets to do more than stay in contact. The light has slid down any magnetic surface I have tried.
My concerns with durability and and the ability to quick turn off aside, I like this light.
Does the flood and well as the dome illumination quite well.
Rechargeable hopefully the built-batteries will last long.

Five Stars for a well-thought out go-to Solar Powered/Chargeable LED light that does so much in comparison to other lights. It’s a bit more in price, however, this LED light offers many more features and capacity than other bargain lights.
The lanterns are lightweight and portable. You can raise or lower the top of the light for more/less light emitted. They also come with a handle and metal S-hook in case you want to hang them. I bought two of them for my college-age son after his dorm's power was knocked out. I didn't even think about that when we were doing his dorm room shopping. I like knowing that these will work with the battery power even if he forgets to keep it charged.

Flashlight is best part.
To charge with the cable I bought a USA to UK plug adapter, as the 2 lanterns charging cables end bit only fit a USA plug.
The 2 lanterns are in a beautiful deep red.
They seem well made.
I love the fact they are collapsible, and that by just lifting the top part it lights up as long as
- it either has 3 AA batteries in its bottom compartment
- it is charged via it top solar panel
- or it is charged via its charging cable.
I do not like the fact the charging cables only fit a USA plug.
If I was an expert I may have bought 2 charging cables to fit a UK plug, but I am wary about buying the wrong thing, so I bought a USA to UK plug adapter instead.
I like its handles to be able to carry.
There are also 2 hooks to put on the handles if needed.
I posted a photo when it is completely black, this is the bathroom completely in the dark. In that bathroom when I opened up the lantern and put it on the bathroom door hook, it lit up the whole bathroom.

1. Las lamparas necesitan cargarse bien durante el primer día (imagino es porque al sacarlas por primera vez, requieren máxima absorción de la luz solar).
2. No hay forma de configurarlas como tal. Se instalan, cargan y empiezan a funcionar por la noche.
3. No hay un modo donde iluminen al 100% toda la noche. Encuentro algo confuso eso. En los modos 1 y 2, funcionan con sensor, la diferencia es que en el 1 se apaga por completo después de un ratito y en el modo 2 se mantiene una luz como ala 20%. En el modo 3 no es sensor, sólo se mantiene iluminando de forma constante pero como al 50% de su intensidad total.
Llevamos cerca de 30 días con ellas (al momento de escribir esta reseña) y han funcionado bien. Pero el que no traiga instrucciones hace pensar que no funcionan.
Detalle: el control remoto funciona, pero el alcance es muy malo; necesitas acercarte mucho para que lo detecte. Por suerte sólo se requiere usar cuando se elige el modo.

Update: it’s been about a year. They’ve been great ourdoors! They’ve lighted enough space at night that a few family have been able to hang while it’s dark. They have not charged our phones well, but what can you expect. I got them for their light, not charging. I’m happy with them.
1st Review:
I was excited to buy these for an upcoming mission trip to Honduras. Unfortunately one of the lamps had a defective lid that dangles open about 1/3" and is very loose; I doubt it will last too long. When I contacted Amazon they offered 3 options: 1. Return all 4 2. Accept a 30% discount and keep the broken one 3. Purchase a single lamp and pay the difference. None of those were what I wanted; I just wanted the one defective unit replaced.
The other 3 appear OK and were all tight-fitting. I plugged my phone in and the charge indicator came on showing it was taking a charge. I plugged them into the wall and they are charging the battery. I'm going to leave them open and on so I can drain the batteries to ensure they will all charge in sunlight. I wish there was an on/off switch as the charge indicator stays on all the time (see 2nd photo). I guess this is to show whether the battery is charged or not but it's annoying.
All in all I'm satisfied so far; I will update this review if I hear back from the company about my request to have the defective lantern replaced.
