Return & Refund Policy

Given the particularity of used car export business (including international shipping, customs clearance, and vehicle inspection), we formulate the following return and refund rules to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties. All return and refund applications must be communicated and confirmed with our team via WhatsApp first; no unilaterally initiated return or refund will be accepted.

Refund Scenarios & Rules

  • Refund due to incorrect transaction amount: If the refund is caused by the customer’s random transfer without confirming the final transaction amount in advance (such as split payments, overpayment, etc.), our team will process the refund after confirming the actual amount with the customer. The bank handling fee generated during the refund process shall be borne by the customer, and the refund will be completed within 3-7 working days after the customer provides the correct refund account.
  • Refund due to vehicle quality problems: All our vehicles are provided with official inspection reports, and we strictly exclude flood-damaged cars, accident cars and fire-damaged cars. If the vehicle has undetected major quality problems (consistent with the inspection report standards) after the customer receives the vehicle, the customer must provide relevant evidence (photos, videos, third-party inspection reports) within 7 working days after receiving the vehicle, and contact our team via WhatsApp to apply for a refund. After our verification, we will process the refund, and the international shipping fee and customs clearance fee generated during the transaction will be borne by us.
  • Non-refundable scenarios: (1) The customer unilaterally cancels the order after paying the full amount (except for vehicle quality problems); (2) The vehicle is damaged due to improper operation or transportation after the customer receives it; (3) The customs clearance is delayed or rejected due to the customer’s own reasons (such as failure to provide required documents, non-compliance with local import regulations); (4) Refund application is not submitted within the specified time or no valid evidence is provided.

Return Rules

  • Return application must be submitted via WhatsApp within 7 working days after the customer receives the vehicle, and relevant evidence must be provided to explain the reason for return.
  • The vehicle to be returned must be in the original condition (no man-made damage, no modification, and all original accessories and documents are intact). 
  • After we receive the returned vehicle and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will complete the refund within 7-10 working days (excluding the time for international transportation and customs clearance).

Important Reminder

  • To avoid unnecessary return and refund disputes, please confirm the vehicle details, transaction amount and local import regulations with our team via WhatsApp before placing an order and making payment. Once the vehicle is shipped, the international shipping fee and customs clearance fee will not be refunded due to the customer’s personal reasons. We will wholeheartedly provide professional consultation and after-sales support to ensure your transaction is smooth and worry-free.
