Returns & Refunds Policy
Welcome to SAINTLER.COM! All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you have any problems!
1. How to return and get a refund or replacement?
Step 2: Our customer service team investigates and offers a solution based on our policy.
Step 3: Both parties agree on the solution, and our customer service team provides return information (do not send your return to the return address listed on your package).
Step 4: Return the product (if necessary). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will process the refund/replacement. You will receive your refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

Incorrect item sent | Please provide us with clear images of the item, the SKU/PN number, and all shipping labels on the package. |

Missing parts | Please provide some photos or videos to verify this. |
Note: Please contact us with the necessary images or videos for the above return situations. Once verified, we will offer you an appropriate solution.
2. Reasons that do not qualify for free returns

Note: For above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock.
3. How long does it take to receive my refund?
