3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For the US: Orders under $800 may qualify for duty-free entry (subject to change per recent policy updates) 3.
For the EU: As of 2025, the €150 duty-free threshold has been removed; a €2/package processing fee applies for direct shipments 3.

4. Order Tracking

5. Returns & Refunds
Unopened/unused items may be returned within 30 days for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
